Storing Past Card Records. Once you've processed a card, you'll probably want to keep a record of it. As records are processed, they are kept in a storage file for that year. We highly suggest that you do not store card numbers or expiration dates. However, if you do, industry standards require that you store card numbers in an encrypted form (which AnyCard allows you to do). Below is a screen display from the storage file . . .
Exporting and Importing. AnyCard Basic has a number of different ways you can import or export. One convenient method is to use the Windows clipboard. The data from all or selected card records are placed in the clipboard which can be pasted in spreadsheet or other types of program. In addition, you can export to a variety of basic file types which can be imported into other other programs.
